About me
Ida Parelius
I am an interaction designer with a background from NTNU in Gjøvik, and I currently work with design and web development through Mediakonsult, a small web agency I have been involved in building from an early stage. Through this work I have gained practical experience with real clients, real constraints, and real projects, which has shaped how I approach design today.
My work mainly focuses on planning, structure, and usability in digital solutions. I enjoy working with websites from the early idea to the finished result, making sure the design is clear, functional, and easy to use. Through Mediakonsult I have worked on several client projects where I have been responsible for redesigning existing websites, building new ones from scratch, and improving user experience and content structure.
During my time at NTNU I worked as a student assistant, scientific assistant, and workshop manager, where I helped students with assignments, taught courses in prototyping, and managed the makerspace. These roles gave me experience in explaining complex ideas in a simple way and working closely with people, something that has been very useful in consulting work later.
In this portfolio I present selected projects from my studies, my work at NTNU, and client projects developed through Mediakonsult.
